Welcome to Ducivo! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ducivo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
"Ducivo" refers to the Ducivo application and services currently operated by an individual developer prior to the establishment of a formal legal entity. Upon incorporation of a legal entity, references to Ducivo shall include such entity as the service provider.

Ducivo is an AI-powered productivity and planning application designed to help users organize their daily lives, manage tasks, build habits, and achieve their goals. You can access Ducivo through our iOS mobile application.
By signing up for or using Ducivo, you agree to the terms outlined here.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Ducivo. If you are under 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use the Services. By using Ducivo, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our reasonable discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in misuse of the Services, or if the account has been inactive for an extended period.
Ducivo operates on a subscription model with different plans available depending on your preferences.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it through the platform where you signed up (e.g., App Store). Payments will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you signed up. For iOS subscriptions, please manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Please note that Ducivo does not provide refunds for any remaining subscription period after cancellation, except where required by applicable law.
When you cancel your subscription, your account and all associated data will be retained for twenty-four (24) months. During this period, if you choose to resubscribe, your data will be fully preserved and available to you. After 24 months of inactivity following cancellation, your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services. We will provide reasonable notice before any price changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Ducivo includes features powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
We are committed to using AI responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
AI-generated outputs are automated responses and do not represent human review or guarantees of correctness.
You acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content are made at your own discretion and responsibility.
AI-powered features may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice due to technical, operational, or third-party provider changes.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store through Ducivo ("User Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating our Services to you.
You agree not to upload, create, or share User Content that:
Ducivo supports offline functionality, allowing you to continue using certain features without an active internet connection. Data created or modified while offline will be synchronized with our servers when your device reconnects to the internet. While we strive to ensure accurate synchronization, we cannot guarantee that all data will be perfectly synced in every scenario. In the event of sync conflicts, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve your most recent data.
You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of any important information stored through the Services.
We take your privacy and data protection seriously. We only collect the minimum personal data necessary to provide our services and improve your experience. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security, as risks such as cyberattacks or other external threats exist. By using Ducivo, you acknowledge that no online service is completely risk-free, and you agree to use Ducivo at your own discretion.
You may request to delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at support@ducivo.com. Account deletion works as follows:
Please note that account deletion is different from subscription cancellation. If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account, your data will be retained for up to 24 months (see Section 4, Cancellation).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that pose security risks, abuse the service, or violate applicable laws.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Terminating use of the Services does not automatically delete your account or personal data unless an account deletion request is submitted.
When using Ducivo, you agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of Ducivo (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design) are owned by Ducivo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
We are constantly working to improve and update Ducivo. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, there may be occasional downtime due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages or third-party issues). We will do our best to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
Some features, including AI-powered functionality, may be experimental or in beta form and may change, be interrupted, or discontinued at any time without liability.
By using Ducivo, you agree to use the service at your own risk. Ducivo provides its services "as is" and "as available" and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ducivo's total liability arising out of or related to the use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Ducivo in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 20.
Ducivo is a productivity and organizational tool and is not intended for safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial decision-making.
Ducivo is not designed for emergency use or situations where failure or inaccuracies could lead to personal harm or significant loss.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ducivo and its affiliates, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Our website or app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We provide these links for convenience, but we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. You access third-party links at your own risk.
You acknowledge that third-party platforms such as Apple's App Store are not responsible for the Services and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Turkey.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or through the app. Your continued use of Ducivo after any updates means you agree to the revised terms.
