"Ducivo" refers to the Ducivo application and services currently operated by an individual developer based in Türkiye prior to the establishment of a legal entity. Upon incorporation, the legal entity operating Ducivo will become the data controller for purposes of applicable data protection laws.
Until a legal entity is established, the individual developer operating Ducivo acts as the data controller responsible for personal data processing.

What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? We do not collect or store biometric identifiers or health data. Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) is handled entirely by your device and never transmitted to Ducivo.
Do we collect any information from third parties? We do not collect any information from third parties.
How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific categories of third parties.
How do we keep your information safe? We have adequate organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
What are your rights? Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information.

Sensitive Information.
Biometric Authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) — Ducivo supports optional biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID) using Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Ducivo does not collect, access, store, or process biometric data. Biometric information remains securely stored on the user's device by the operating system. The application only receives a confirmation indicating whether authentication was successful.
Health Data — Ducivo does not collect, access, or process health or fitness data and does not integrate with Apple HealthKit or similar services.
User-Uploaded Images. When you upload images through the Services (such as profile photos or other visual content), these images are stored on our servers for as long as your account remains active. Uploaded images are associated with your account and are necessary to provide the functionality of the Services. When your account is deleted, all images associated with your account are permanently deleted from our servers along with your other personal data (see Section 8 for details on account deletion and data retention).
Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

If you wish to terminate your account, you can request account deletion through the app settings or by contacting us. A 30-day waiting period will begin, during which you can reactivate your account by logging in. After 30 days, your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted. Please note that we may retain limited information as required by law (e.g., for tax or legal compliance purposes).
If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account, your data will be retained for 24 months. See our data retention policy in Section 8 for details.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly allow individuals under 16 to create accounts or use the Services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
